Exchanges and Returns

You may exchange or return your order for a refund within 14 days of the purchase date, less shipping.

By returning an item back to us, you are agreeing to the return policy terms and conditions listed below:

    a)        To return the product you must contact our customer service department to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and include this RMA number on the return package. *Please Note: We are unable to process returns/exchanges without an RMA number. You can contact us via email at You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) which is valid for 7 days.

Note: We will not accept exchange requests submitted after 7 days of receiving your product.

    b)        To receive a refund or exchange, the returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when it was received: unused, undamaged, clean, and in the original vendor package (No tears, No rips, or soiled) with all tags and parts included. If the return package fails to meet the above requirements the return may be declined or subject to a restocking fee, up to 25%, based on the condition of the returned merchandise as determined by

    c)         If you have used the merchandise it cannot be returned unless defective and may be subject to a 25% restock fee if accepted.

    d)        Orders with custom printing or engraving cannot be returned for either an exchange or a refund.

    e)        Any "Sale" or "Daily Deal" product are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.

    f)         All item returns are considered “final”; by returning an item you acknowledge acceptance of our Return and Exchange Policy.

    g)        Shipping and handling will not be refunded on returns or exchanges unless there was an error by The reason for returning or exchanging  an item MUST be detailed and included in your RMA number request.

    h)         Items that are returned to us without an RMA# will be refused
